Limited Seats
Each session has a restricted number of participants, meaning your seat is reserved exclusively for you upon payment.
Live Digital Format
Sessions are conducted live and cannot be replayed or redistributed, making refunds unfeasible once access is granted.
Payment Confirmation
Completing payment signifies your acceptance of this no-refund policy in full.
Trainer Unavailability
In rare cases where the session cannot be conducted due to trainer or technical issues, Sukhi Wellness will take one of the following actions:
🔄 Rescheduling
The session may be rescheduled to a convenient date for all enrolled participants.
➡️ Carry Forward
The amount paid may be carried forward and applied to the next available batch.
⚖️ Discretionary Refund
Any refunds, if applicable, are at the sole discretion of Sukhi Wellness and are not guaranteed.
No-Show & Refund Processing
No-Show Policy
If a participant does not attend the session for any reason, no refund or credit will be provided. Please ensure you are available at the scheduled time before completing your registration.

In the event that a refund is approved by Sukhi Wellness, it will be processed through the official payment gateway:

- Timeline: 5–7 working days from approval
